Here are some healthy lifestyle tips that can help you lose weight and stay active!
1. Go outside, take a walk up and down your street for at least 20 minutes daily
2. Go to the beach/pool and swim for at least 1 hour a day and drink plenty fluids for those who live in warm climates/summer
3. Run up and down the stairs (or running in place) for 20 minutes at least 2 or 3 times a week
4. Do jumping jacks, push-ups, etc in between commercials
* make sure to drink at least 3 quarts of water every day
* in the morning put a little lemon juice on your face to help cleanse and flush your pores (from "yourzenlife.com")
* Drink Lipton All Natural Tea (great source of antioxidants)
* Get off the computer! (limit computer or electronics time to 4hrs a day or less)
* Get it out!! (take any TV's, mobile phones out of your bedroom to get more rest)
* Read a book before you "turn off the lights" (at least 20 minutes helps you relax and whine down)
* Drink orange juice or any source of vitamin c with your breakfast
* Limit foods with high levels of sodium-chloride (salt)
